The Board and staff of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland undertook a planning process to craft a new strategic plan which guides grantmaking, evaluation, convenings and collaborations over a five-year period. How do we describe our vision for the future? It is, quite simply, Hope in Action.
