Our Focus Areas

The Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland seeks to improve our community’s capacity to help families and individuals overcome the challenges of poverty in a sustainable way.

We have identified three areas of need for addressing poverty: health disparities, supportive housing, and educational disparities.

The Foundation also commits to supporting communities of Catholic women religious and their ministries. For decades, they have formed a critical part of our community’s capacity to help those who are vulnerable. In this focus area, we honor their dedication and strengthen their service.
